At Ziqtaro, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, or customized items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
